WORLD SERIES FEVER!
Its August and I have begun my travel
to our nine World Series. From now until September,
these weekly messages will give you updates
on each site. We want to keep you posted on
how your regions teams are doing and provide
you with some of the local flavor for each
World Series site. I hope to see many of you
along the way. I look forward to exchanging
suggestions and comments on how we can continue
to improve our total program.
The Cal Ripken 10-Year-Old World Series officially
began this past Friday in Russellville, Arkansas.
The participating teams include: Newtown,

Middle Atlantic winner; Lexington, KY
Ohio Valley winner; West Palm Beach (Okeeheelee),
FL Southeast winner; Sikeston, MO Midwest

Hilo, HI Pacific Southwest winner; Jonesboro,
AR Northern Arkansas State Champion; Maumelle,
AR Southern Arkansas State Champion; and
