To apply for baseball and/or softball NUA membership you can either download the appropriate application below, and send a check as payment or you may apply and make payment online at the link below.
Upon receiving your application with payment, Babe Ruth League will send a test and rulebook to the address supplied. The open book test consists of 100 true or false questions. Those with test scores of 80% or higher will be registered as a member of the National Umpires Association and will be sent a packet of official NUA materials.
