*Tentative Event Schedule (please note that this schedule is subject to change)

Thursday August 6th

• Team Arrival Day – All Teams qualifying teams must report by 6pm into town. Teams will be required to check in at designated hotels assigned by the World Series Host Committee. Players and Coaches who are on the official roster will have a scheduled player photo and team photo along with orientation. The exact time and locations will be presented to the team manager after the completion of the regional tournaments.

Friday August 7th

• Manager’s – Coaches Breakfast 8 am – This is for the manager and 2 coaches on the official team roster. At the conclusion of breakfast World Series Operation Staff and Tournament Director will go over rules and assignments for teams. At the conclusion, a review of the ground rules will take place for Umpire and Chief and Tournament Director.
• Practice Day – Each team will be assigned a field and a time in which they will be able to workout.
• Opening Ceremonies – Will take place at the Hal Brady Complex and report times for the teams and fans will be given at the conclusion of the Regional tournaments

Saturday August 8th

• Start of Pool Play for all Teams

Sunday August 9th

• Pool play concludes at the end of the day

Monday August 10th

• World Series Bracket Play
• Diamond Bracket Play Start for teams not advancing in the World Series Bracket

Tuesday August 11th

• World Series Bracket Play
• Diamond Bracket Play

Wednesday August 12^th

• Championship Day
