Wilf was one of the guiding hands behind establishing Babe Ruth Baseball in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
During his tenure with Babe Ruth Wilf served as Provincial Director, District Director, and as Pacific Northwest Regional Director.
He also served as tournament director for district and provincial tournaments.
Will was inducted posthumous into the Babe Ruth Hall of Fame in 1976.
