Babe Ruth League President/CEO, Steven Tellefsen said, "Jeanne Layton has been involved with our program for over 26 years.  He is a very dedicated volunteer that has played a major role in the success the organization enjoys today.  It is a proud moment to have a person of his caliber inducted into the Hall of Fame."

Jeanne Layton was a long-time vice president/secretary/treasurer of Babe Ruth Baseball International. Layton is the first paid employee of the association to be named to the Hall of Fame. She served 26 wonderful years with Babe Ruth before retiring in early 1984.
