With this agreement, the Babe Ruth League seeks the participation of teams belonging to ALIJBRM in its events and seeks an affiliation in which both organizations form an opportunity for each child to experience what it is like to play at  the international level, which will help promote, encourage and organize the teaching of baseball in Mexico from an early age.

“We as ALIJBRM see an area of opportunity for children and parents themselves to have one more option to continue fostering, promoting and organizing children's baseball in Mexico. Thank you for this support that you are giving us, and we hope that everything goes well in the next tournaments, as well as that everything grows day by day”, said Rito Flores, President of ALIJBRM.

We welcome ALIJBRM’s 22,000 players, 5,500 coaches, and countless volunteers to our Babe Ruth League Family as we continue to afford the opportunity to play baseball and softball to every child that desires to play the game.”

The intention is for ALIJBRM to represent Mexico in the World Series by a team in the 8U Player Pitch, 10U, Major70, 14U, and 16-18 age groups. Softball teams from across Mexico will also compete in the Babe Ruth Softball World Series.
